Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all orders. This means that it will usually take 1-3 days for item/items to be shipped out after an order has been placed. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed since USPS is receiving a high volume of packages. But we will work as quickly as possible to ship out all orders. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item/items have shipped.

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS or UPS is the shipping service that you agree to allow us to send your package. Once the package leaves our premises is between you and USPS/UPS. If for some reason you don't receive your package we would do our best to help you find the package since they all come with a tracking number. If the package shows it has been delivered and you have not received your package please visit your local post office to file a claim.

We do not profit off of shipping cost. We strive to provide the lowest shipping prices that we possibly can. Also shipping cost are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the item/items purchased.
